The well-being of our employees is undoubtedly one of our top priorities. We offer health insurance, access to nutritionists, psychologists, and a support protocol for physical and mental health through over 50 partnerships.
Additionally, we promote communication, awareness, and education, regularly sharing relevant information and offering various training sessions and workshops.

Support for the community and associations
From the inside out, we believe it's possible to change the world if each of us does our part.We work under this premise, organizing various specific and themed donations, blood drives,support programs for technological education, volunteer events involving employees, andpartnerships with associations
Reducing carbon emissions
We only travel when strictly necessary, offer facilities for personal hygiene and care to encourage alternative transportation methods to cars, implemented electric vehicles and charging stations at our headquarters, and offset the company website’s carbon emissions through a partnership with Tree-Nation.
Promotion of Transparency and Integration in the Workplace
The project fosters transparency and engagement through regular communication of results in annual events and on social media. It organizes social events, integration sessions, and offers fair career development plans. Additionally, it conducts charitable activities such as space renovation and beach cleanups, involving employees and their families.
Diversity and Inclusion
All different, all equal. We establish partnerships for the integration of people with disabilities, welcome employees from different geographical locations, promote workshops and talks, create debate groups to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion issues and conduct awareness campaigns..
Waste management and sustainable consumption
We’ve changed habits in the office, reused and recycled computers (in 2023, over 60% of our computers were recycled), established a product sharing and exchange group, maximized the sustainability of corporate events, carefully selected our suppliers, and installed solar panels to reduce non-renewable energy consumption.
